Calvadoss Fashions offers reliable shipping with delivery timelines of 4–7 business days from the date of dispatch.
We provide Cash on Delivery service in locations where our courier partners support COD collection. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate during checkout, as COD availability depends on your location.
COD orders are processed only after verification by our operations team via email or phone call.
The shipping pincode must fall within the serviceable area of our logistics partners.
You cannot open the package at the time of delivery to inspect or return it.
Only cash is accepted for COD orders—no cards, cheques, drafts, or digital payments are applicable at the time of delivery.
You will be updated on your order status from processing to dispatch.
Once your order is shipped:
You will receive an email with your Tracking ID and shipping details.
You may check the shipment status directly on the courier partner’s website using the tracking number provided.
If you do not receive your dispatch confirmation or face issues while tracking your order, please reach out to us via email or phone.

Once your exchange request is submitted, pickup from your location will be scheduled within 5 business days.

Once we receive the returned product, we will initiate your refund within 7 business days.
If you prefer us to arrange a pickup, a fee of ₹150 will be charged and deducted from your refund amount.
Products must be returned in their original condition, including packaging, tags, box (if applicable), invoice, and all additional materials.
Products must be shipped back within 15 days of purchase.
Returned items must be unused and undamaged. We cannot issue refunds for products showing wear or usage.
Once verified, the original purchase amount will be credited to your account.
Your refund will be processed within 7–10 working days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
If your product does not reach us within the expected timeline or any issue arises, our customer care team will contact you and provide the best possible assistance.
