Calvadoss is committed to maintaining a strong and transparent relationship with our customers. We take utmost care to ensure the quality of all our products. However, in rare cases where a product is received in a damaged or defective condition, we offer a free replacement for your satisfaction.
To request a replacement:
Report the issue within 24 hours of delivery by emailing us at sales@calvadoss.com.
Ensure the product has not been used before raising the request.
Share a scanned copy of the courier slip within 48 hours of delivery at sales@calvadoss.com.
All items must be returned in their original condition, including:
Original packaging
Tags and labels
Invoice
Certificate of authenticity (if applicable)
The product must not be broken, tampered with, or altered by the customer.
Return packets should be securely packed to prevent damage during transit.
The defective or damaged product being returned must be received by SAPL within 10 working days from the date of delivery to qualify for replacement.
During replacement delivery, our logistics partner will make three attempts to deliver your order.
If delivery is not completed due to reasons such as:
Recipient unavailable
Premises locked
Incorrect or incomplete address
…the customer will still be charged for the shipping cost associated with the delivery attempts.
